This initial phase is about setting up the project through mission critical OKR's and a unified understanding of our delivery readiness. Teams must quickly frame the business challenge, and customer problem in context to situation, task, need and motivation, including all short and long-term objectives, key results, outcomes, opportunities, as well as the overall appetite for change.
Discovery In Action
Through a burst of targeted activities, teams seek to discover the art of the possible, by engaging in a series of sprints that aim to translate all research insights into visualized solution focused opportunities. Driven by OKR alignment and aspiring experience outcomes, I ensure a consistent approach is applied to all collaboration and communication strategies throughout the entire journey.
Validate The Impact
Learning from the previous phase and each of the performed activities, every group begins commercial validation through production ready development, and quality assurance processes. Here teams begin using more formal measurement tactics to assess both internal and external acceptance criteria as we get closer to deployment and market release.
